IMPORTANT ♥

Upon confirmation of order/making of payment, you will NOT be allowed to cancel your orders or demand for a refund. If you choose to do so, you will be BLACKLISTED and won’t ever be allowed to purchase from us again.


We give a grace period of 12hours to make payment for item(s), if you are unable to do so, please do let us know and we’ll negotiate about this. DO NOT tell us only after the 12hours is up, you will still be BLACKLISTED.


So, do make payment within 12hours of confirmation of item(s), or it will be offered to next interested buyer, and you will be BLACKLISTED and barred from making future purchases.

PAYMENT METHODS ♥


I-Banking is preferred, but ATM transfers are also accepted. Please keep your receipts if you transfer using ATM! NO INTERBANK TRANSFERS. (email us if you intend to do interbank transfers, please!)


POSTAGE AND MAILING OUT OF ITEMS ♥


Prices of the items are inclusive of postage! We highly encourage registered mail, it’s much safer than normal mail! Also, in the event that your item(s) goes missing (TOUCH WOOD!), we can raise an enquiry with Singpost. Add SGD$2.24 for registered mail. Alternatively, purchase 3 or more items and get free registered mail.


If you’re purchasing a few items, let us know and we’ll combine postage for you. (:


Oh, and do allow 3 – 5 working days for your item(s) to be delivered to your doorstep! :D


We are not responsible for your item(s) once your package dropped off at the post office, and will not make compensation in the event your item(s) is missing/damaged.
